Return Time Frame: You have 30 days to return your order. After 30 days we can no longer accept returns. To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Cost: If your order arrives broken or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you're returning your order due to a change of mind, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs.
Defective or Broken Products: All orders should be inspected when they arrive. If you notice any damage, even to the packaging, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect your order is damaged, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your order does arrive damaged, please send photos to support@qualityhomedirect.com and we will process an immediate replacement or refund (usually within 1 business day).
Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind and want to return your order - don't worry, you have 30 days to send it back! However, if you're returning your order due to a change of mind, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the original packaging. When we receive your return and confirm it product is unused, we'll issue a refund, minus the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee: Some returns may incur a restocking fee. This policy varies by manufacturer or supplier. Please reach out to us to confirm the restocking fee that may apply to your return.
Refunds: We will notify you by email by we receive your return. Once we confirm the product is unused and in the original packaging, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: Banks or credit cards may take some time to reflect your refund. If it has been more than 10 business days since we received your return and you don't see your refund, please contact us at support@qualityhomedirect.com.
