When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders may take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be fulfilled, depending on the brand. Unanticipated or one-time delays may cause order fulfillment to take longer. Your order will usually be delivered within 4-7 business days. If the shipping time is longer than that, it will be stated so on the product page.

What is your cancellation policy?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order for a 100% refund. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at support@qualityhomedirect.com as soon as possible.
Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at support@qualityhomedirect.com and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. However, orders can only be changed before shipping.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
All orders should be inspected when they arrive. If you notice any damage, even to the packaging, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect your order is damaged, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
If your order does arrive damaged, please send photos to support@qualityhomedirect.com and we will process an immediate replacement or refund (usually within 1 business day).
How do I know when my order will ship?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We recommend that you print and save the email confirmation for your records.
Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email confirming shipment with tracking information.
If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but sometimes items can sell out quickly due to high demand.
Do you charge sales tax?
Our business is located in New York and we do not charge sales tax unless you are shipping your order to New York. This benefit alone can save you hundreds of dollars compared to ordering from other stores!
